Monster Hunter Merchandise

Monster Hunter is the massively popular series of fantasy RPGs from Capcom which began with the original Monster Hunter game released for PlayStation 2. So far, the Monster Hunter franchise is divided into four different generations with a number of games released in each. The first generation includes: Monster Hunter, Monster Hunter G, and Monster Hunter Freedom; the second generation: Monster Hunter 2, Monster Hunter Freedom 2, and Monster Hunter Freedom Unite; the third generation: Monster Hunter Tri, Monster Hunter Portable 3rd, and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate; and the fourth generation: Monster Hunter 4, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, and Monster Hunter Generations.

There have also been a number of ports and spin-off games including the trading card game Monster Hunter Hunting Card as well as a manga, Monster Hunter Orage, by Hiro Mashima which was published by Kadokawa and Capcom in 2008.
