If I could give this 4.5 stars I would. The box she arrived in was damaged and because of a previous review I was nervous but upon opening, it seems TOM took extra care in packaging. The shipping box was 1/3 larger than the figure box and all the extra space was filled with packing paper and the figure box is in pristine condition. Pulling her out of the box and set her up was 99% problem free. Like a previous reviewer stated, the gold glitter on the underside of her kimono started to flake off as I was assembling everything but it was a small amount (2-4 pieces).
