Great figure has a unique pose and is beautiful from many angles.
No "Base" but the large crystal formation she sits on is very sturdy. As far as I an tell she is not removable from the stand.
Her head is removable, the neck just sticks into a slot. Her torso also can be (gently) lifted off at the waist, where you have access to the skirt in two separate parts: upper and lower. No real need for this unless you want to display her in a more lewd state. Last changeable option is her hand. It can be an open palm or with the floating magic crystal seen in the picture.
