The peg on the base popped right out, so I contacted TOM support. They were very helpful and gave me the option to either wait for a new base from the manufacturer or get a partial refund in TOM points. I chose the latter and glued the pegged back in with trusty E6000 adhesive.
Other than that small hiccup the figure was perfect. My issue was probably just a freak defect.
