Love Live! Sunshine!! spin-off project Genjitsu no Yohane -Sunshine in the Mirror- is getting an anime adaptation in 2023!
In addition to releasing a teaser trailer and illustration, the project has set up an official Twitter account.
The new anime is part of Genjitsu no Yohane -Sunshine in the Mirror-, a Love Live! Sunshine!! spin-off project which follows Aqours member Yoshiko (also known as Yohane) through her strange and wondrous world.
Love Live! Sunshine!! is set at Uranohoshi Girls' Academy in the city of Numazu, Shizuoka. Inspired by μ’s, a student named Chika Takami decides to form her own high school idol group, Aqours, to save the school from closing.
Genjitsu no Yohane -Sunshine in the Mirror- will premiere in 2023.
