Upcoming TV anime Night Head 2041 will debut on July 15!
In addition to the airdate, a key visual, main trailer, and additional cast members have been revealed.
The trailer showcases the opening theme song, “Icy Ivy” by Who-ya Extended.
The additional cast members are: Kazuyuki Okitsu as Michio Sonezaki, Lynn as Reika Muto, Yasuhiro Mamiya as Daisuke Honda, Reina Ueda as Yui Akiyama, Yoko Hikasa as Kimie Kobayashi, Kaori Maeda as Shoko Futami, Banjo Ginga as Kyojiro Mikuriya, Tomokazu Sugita as Koji Kazama, Saori Hayami as Emily Shijo, Chikahiro Kobayashi as Mikie Fujie, Aya Endo as Miki Tachibana, Tarusuke Shingaki as Victor, Hiroki Nanami as young Naoto Kirihara, Shizuka Ishigami as young Naoya Kirihara, and Motomu Kiyokawa as Elder Misaki.
Night Head 2041 is inspired by the 1992 cult TV drama Night Head and is scripted by the drama's original director and creator, George Iida. It features a new story following brothers Takuya and Yuya Kuroki, members of the National Security Force who are hot on the trail of the Kirihara brothers, a pair of psychics who were the focus of the original drama series.
Night Head 2041 airs from July 15, 2021.
