Kakegurui Live Action Drama Releases Sneak Peek Into Episode 1!

Shots from the first episode of the drama adaptation of Kakegurui have been released!

The previewed scenes include Jabami Yumeko (Hamabe Minami) and Saotome Mary (Morikawa Aoi) facing off in the Vote Rock-Paper-Scissors game, as well as Suzui Ryota (Takasugi Mahiro) as Saotome's “pet.”

The first episode of the Kakegurui drama follows the beautiful Yumeko as she transfers to Hyakkaou Private Academy, where your rank is determined not by grades, but by one's ability to gamble. There she meets Suzui, who has been turned into the “pet” of the class’ top gambler, Mary. Although he warns Yumeko to not bet against Mary, she ignores him.

The Kakegurui drama adaptation will air on MBS on Jan. 14, and on TBS on Jan. 16.
