Title & Logo Revealed for Latest Yowamushi Pedal Stage Play!

Yowamushi Pedal is a hugely popular manga by Wataru Watanabe which has sold over 16 million copies so far as well as expanded into various other media. The Yowamushi Pedal stage play has been performed since 2012, proving popular with fans for its talented cast and the energetic staging of director Shatner Nishida.

Following Sohoku Shinsedai, Shido in March 2016, and Hakone Academy Shin Sedai, Shido in September, a new generation is set to appear once more with an all new cast and characters.

The latest play in the series is scheduled for the spring of 2017 and will focus on the training camp and eventual decisive race in the inter high championships. This time the production is hoping to widen the casting pool and so will be hosting a series of open auditions. Amateurs and professionals alike are free to put themselves in front of director Shatner Nishida for the chance to join his hand-picked cast. The Yowamushi Pedal stage play is set to pick up an even stronger collection of talented actors for this latest instalment.
