TMS Entertainment Co., Ltd. is set to release a brand new art book dedicated to the latest incarnation of the Lupin the Third anime - Lupin the Third: Part 4, which was broadcast on Nippon TV from October 2015 to March 2016. The Lupin the Third: Part 4 art book was released in bookstores on Oct. 3 but will also be available online through the TMS Shop from Oct. 7.
The art book celebrates the latest installment of the Lupin the Third anime adaptations, Lupin the Third: Part 4. With the cooperation of the anime’s producers, Telecom Animation Film, the book contains 382 handpicked images chosen from episodes throughout the series.
In addition to the beautiful artwork, the book also includes comments from the anime’s creative team including director Kazuhide Tomonaga, character designer Hisao Yokobori, and producer Shigeyuki Miya. The cover features a brand new illustration by Yokobori which perfectly brings out the atmosphere of the show in one amusing illustration.
The book is A4 landscape size, almost the same as the original artwork itself!
