An all-out battle event is due to take place in the Monster Energy booth at Tokyo Game Show 2016 in Makuhari Messe Hall 2 on Sept. 17 at 11: 30 a.m. and Sept. 18 at 11:00 a.m.
Monster Energy will be hosting a booth at TGS 2016 from Sept. 15–18 and are preparing a host of special events you can’t experience anywhere else.
This year the biggest highlight is the all-out battle “Street Fighter V - Evil Geniuses Tournament Battle” featuring five members of pro-gaming team Evil Geniuses including Japanese gamers Momochi and Choco Blanka! A number of participants will be selected from visitors to the venue to try their luck against the Evil Geniuses gang. On Sept. 17 only, if the challengers beat their opponents they will also win a year’s supply of Monster Energy drinks. Don’t worry though, even players who don’t win will receive some Monster Energy merchandise. Don’t miss your chance to test your skills against worldwide pro gamers - the Evil Geniuses are awaiting your challenge!
There will also be an opportunity to try out Valentino Rossi: The Game prior to its release on Sept. 21. The game was created under the supervision of Rossi’s VR46 brand and enables the player to experience Rossi’s world through various different game modes. Top level rider Rossi is expected to take part in the Japanese MotoGP on Oct. 15, but you can experience it for yourself ahead of time through this brand new game.
Street Fighter V - Evil Geniuses Tournament Battle Full Details
Dates & Times: (held on both Public Days, once per day only)

(both events are expected to last around an hour)
*On Sept. 17 only, winning players will receive one year’s worth of Monster Energy drinks.*

Evil Geniuses
Evil Geniuses is America’s top ranking gaming team which was first set up in 1999 and is supported by Monster Energy. The team currently has seven members - two of whom are Japanese: Momochi, who has won 11 international prizes, and Choco Blanka, who is the first female Japanese pro gamer.
