Kotobukiya is releasing “Gourai Type 10 Ver. (with LittleArmory),” their latest addition to their Frame Arms Girl series, in November 2016.
This time, Frame Arms Girl Gourai comes with a coloring based on the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force Type 10 tank, which is actually what she was modeled after. According to illustrator Fumikane Shimada’s explanation, the camouflage was recreated through the combination of parts molded in green and brown, so it’s visible even in her raw, unpainted state.
She comes with two hair colors: brown and white gray. The inner was recreated with an olive drab color, while the white of the frame imitates the interior of the Type 10. The color of her skin was changed to a slightly tan color. The kit also includes a knife with a 3-millimeter connector, a short and a long katana, a green color-molded Freestyle Bazooka, and of course, decals for her eyes and JGSDF markings.
In addition, to honor the Frame Arms Girl x LittleArmory collaboration, Gourai Type 10 comes with a bonus LitteArmory Type 89 5.56-millimeter rifle made by Tomytec.
