Unreal! These are Rubik’s Cubes! JoJo’s Bizarre Cube Parts 1 and 2 to Release

Megahouse is releasing Rubik’s Cubes designed after the popular anime JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. Releasing are two items: “JoJo’s Bizarre Cube Part 1: Phantom Blood” and “JoJo’s Bizarre Cube Part 2: Battle Tendency.” Each will release in stores at the end of April. The Rubik’s Cube is known as a best-selling 3D puzzle that has been familiar for many years. It’s a six-sided cube with nine squares per side that can be rotated to form a picture.

“JoJo’s Bizarre Cube” was first introduced at Jump Festa 2014 held at Makuhari Messe from Dec. 21-22, at which it was bathed in attention. It’s characteristic feature is that each side depicts a different drawing based on the series. The design is a harmonious balance of the six basic Rubik’s Cube colors with the image colors of the characters.

“JoJo’s Bizarre Cube Part 1: Phantom Blood” features Jonathan, Dio, Speedwagon, Zeppeli, and other main characters all related to the Stone Mask. On the other hand, “JoJo’s Bizarre Cube Part 2: Battle Tendency” features Joseph, Caesar, Lisa Lisa, Stroheim, and other main characters related to the Red Stone of Aja. Also, the stickers on the cubes are printed with embossed foil, creating a beautiful Rubik’s Cube. Each one also includes a pedestal to display it on. The price of each is 2,480 yen (tax not included). Since “Part 3: Stardust Crusaders” has already begun, there is no doubt that these will be products with which to look back on the series.
