Sakura Kinomoto, the main character from Cardcaptor Sakura, which boasts deep-rooted popularity even now, has been made into a prize figure! At the 34th Prize Fair, held on Nov, 7, there was a special display set up for the prototype, and, controlling our wildly beating hearts, we went to photograph it! Get ready for memories from your youth to be resurrected!
The figure will release as part of FuRyu’s “Fine Quality Figure” series around April 2014. Sakura appears in her after transformation outfit with her skirt seemingly fluttering and wings sprouting out from her baton. It’s easy to see all the little details that went into this figure. The Clow Cards coming out of her book also highlight the craftsmanship.
Since this series continues to be loved even today, there are surely many people who would be interested in this figure. Make sure to get this if you can when it comes to amusement centers around Japan!
