Meganebu! is a new TV anime that began broadcasting earlier this month. The work is a story about adolescence that follows a group of high school guys who are fanatical about glasses and all wear them. Even among the many other anime that premiered this month, the anime got off to a remarkably good start.
The opening theme of the anime, “World’s End” by the rock band MUCC, will be released on Oct. 30. MUCC has also made a mysterious announcement consisting of only the keywords “10/31! Ikebukuro! Glasses! Halloween!”
Up until now, MUCC has been responsible for events overflowing with suspense and humor that fans enjoy. Many may be curious as to what these keywords mean, but since this will come the day after the release of “World’s End,” there is no doubt that something big is planned.
Further information on this has not been revealed, so look forward to more information to be announced soon.
In other news, MUCC, who has picked up attention not just for this mystery announcement but also for releasing singles for two consecutive months, began its countrywide tour “MUCC 2Days Circuit 2013” on Oct. 12 at Takamatsu Monster.
The tour stops at each location for two days, offering fans a different experience on each day.
A stage performance has been prepared that is plenty impressive even for those who can only go to one day. However, those who go to both days will enjoy seeing how the performance changes.
Tickets are running out for the Shibuya-AX and Shinkiba Studio Coast shows, so those who are interested should buy their tickets soon. Tickets can be purchased from MUCC’s official website.
