Bandai Namco Group’s Banpresto’s Ichiban Kuji “no-lose” character-themed instant lottery drawings have gained a good deal of popularity, primarily in convenience stores, and in mid-October, the company plans to release its latest drawing, “Ichiban Kuji: Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run”! (Each drawing is 700 yen, including tax.) There are numerous notable prizes to be won, including character figures from the popular manga Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 7 and a download code that can be used in the PS3 game Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle (ASB).
The grand prize is a download code for Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: ASB for PS3!
The “no-lose character lottery” is based on Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run, and each drawing is guaranteed to win one of nine types of prizes (31 styles in all), or the final grand prize.
The A-class prize is a coin bank version of the winning trophy of the “Steel Ball Run,” the race across North America that acts as the setting of the series’ seventh installment. The B-class prize is a realistic figure of popular character Gyro Zeppeli, and the C-class prize is a plush version of the main character’s Stand, “Tusk.” The D- and H-class prizes feature each character as a “World Collectible Figure,” a brand of valuable collectible figures that are super deformed. There is a wide variety of other prizes as well, including gloves with an AR feature that makes Tusk appear on one’s smartphone screen, coffee cups, desk mats, and stickers.
The grand prize is a deluxe set featuring a Johnny figure and a code to download an original Johnny costume for the PS3 game Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: ASB.
