Mega Evolution “Mega Mewtwo” Confirmed for “Pokémon X and Y”

Mega Mewtwo, also known as Awakened Mewtwo by fans, has been highly discussed among fans since it first appeared on a poster for the latest Pokémon film, Extreme Speed Genesect: Mewtwo's Awakening. Now, further information on Mega Mewtwo, as it relates to Pokémon X and Y releasing this October, has been revealed.

Mega Mewtwo will be useable in battle via the new Mega Evolution feature exclusive to the Kalos region. Mega Mewtwo’s ability to surpass the bounds of Mewtwo’s speed and power, as seen in the film, will thus be achievable.
