Winter has passed and spring is approaching. The color of the season is changing from white snow to pink sakura, and otaku are switching out their Snow Miku Nendoroid with their Sakura Miku Nendoroid. Starting on March 5, the convenience store with 9,300 locations in Japan, Family Mart, began selling 16 collaborative Miku goods in harmony with the arrival of spring.
The eye-catching and sold out seller from last year, the Hachune Miku steamed bun has returned. This limited Sakura Miku bun costs only 160 yen. It may be difficult to bite into her charming face, but since the bun’s filling is packed with delicious bean paste, you won’t regret it. This superb product became available on March 19 and is sure to sell out soon.
Hatsune Miku’s popular song “Senbonzakura” inspired the plum, fish, and rice bento for 530 yen. It can be completed with the Sakura Miku inspired pink walleye pollock roe sauce included in the Sakura Miku potato salad for 230 yen. Both items are priced with tax included. There are an abundance of options for your sakura viewing picnic. Even just looking at all the items is fun.
The top prize for the raffle “Hatsune Miku de Sakura no Uta Campaign” is an extravagant and originally designed Hatsune Miku “Senbonzakura” inspired jacket. There is also a special card as a present for those who purchase sweets. Family Mart has packed this change of season with many fun events. Those who buy a Miku related product will also receive an entry into the raffle... It looks like Miku fans will have a lot to enjoy this spring!
