Sasami finds a DVD in her brother’s room. The suspicious contents of this “Top Secret” DVD is none other than the “Sasami Watch Project”, a video to support Sasami recording her progress after her return to society!
Sasami must get through trials her brother and the three Yagami sisters set up while they keep watch over her.
However, the situation takes an unexpected turn...

Sasami doesn’t recall the scenes of herself on the top secret DVD.
Despite getting angry at Tsurugi for clearly playing with Sasami while claiming to cheer her on as she gives it her all, Sasami continues to watch herself going about her business, and sees herself arriving at a mysterious voice actor concert. With this, the playful atmosphere from up until that moment completely turns around. Sasami is suddenly stabbed in the chest with a sword by her father.
This leads to a flashy battle scene with the father, who’s trying to extract the power of the gods and keep it for Tsukuyomi Shrine, and Tsurugi and Kagami, who are trying to prevent that, along with an alien Tama brings that gets mixed up in the action.
Sasami, watching the same part of the DVD over and over at her house, then comes to realize that she is actually the extracted Sarcoma. Since she existed as part of Sasami until now, Sarcoma, whose memories get confused after inhaling the military’s gas, starts believing that she is Sasami herself and begins to turn into her!
Combining parody and joke-filled comedic moments with an extravagant battle and the feel of mystery at the end, this is an entertaining episode that won’t leave fans unsatisfied. One thing to look out for going forward is how this separate entity named Sarcoma is going to come into play within the story.
