The iOS and Android versions of NAMCO BANDAI Games’ simulation RPG Tales of the World: Tactics Union were released on Jan. 10 and 11 respectively.
The game features the appearance of many characters spanning the history of the Tales of series. The story begins when the characters are summoned to a new world called Revalia in order to save it. However, the characters are scattered and lose their memory. As players progress through the game, they increase their party and fight in battles. During some of these battles, players will fight against enemy characters from the series.
Bonds between allies can be strengthened by fighting together as well as healing and reviving them. Strong bonds can lead to status bonuses, cooperative attacks between characters, new dialogue options, and events that give players new skills and abilities.
The game also features a system that allows players to freely organize their party. Players can make any combination of party members they want, from making a party of all female characters to one of all good looking guys. This allows players a lot of options for strategy and customization.
