I thought it would be more instructional in nature, but as it turns out, it is just a lot of photos of poses and sketches of same poses, which I could have compiled myself by combing through the art galleries variously at Pixiv, Artistside, Deviantart, etc etc. I am not saying that the book contains the content from those websites; what I mean is that I could have learned just as much by not buying the book and merely referring to existing artwork online.
