I was wavering on purchasing this for awhile because it seems a bit pricey but it's absolutely perfect. The left side of the pouch has a pocket for the tissues so you can take them out easily. No more tearing through those little plastic wraps and making a bunch of noise to get a tissue out. The right hand side features a pocket with a zipper to house other items. I put band-aids in there to make this the perfect first-aid / utility pouch.
