A large part of this book is dedicated to showing En Morikura's art. There's a brief section explaining how the digital art process for one of the artworks is done, followed by a black and white section of sketches, and at the end of the book is an interview portion (in Japanese) with the artist.
If you get the first press edition it comes with a bonus postcard that shows a girl in a white sundress and wide brim hat. The card is good quality and has a faint gloss to it, but it's not exactly photo paper.
