For the price of this book you get 300 pages worth of content, and I paid under 20 dollars for this when it went on sale. The paper quality is not the thick glossy type you would find in an art book, which is a given since this is not technically an art book, and considering the bargain price. The book is broken up into several sections. There's a large section featuring the individual characters. There's an interview section, what looks to be a walk through of the game, a facial expression section... If you're looking for full page art works then this is not the book for you, but you do get a lot of colorful character designs and reference material.
