I got this stamp set for when I write letters to a pen pal who is a great Kirby fan, and I'm so glad I did. Each stamp came out with clear detailed lines and they were all adorable. The ink pad is a bright fuchsia, slightly pinker than the samples shown. Be careful with the ink pad as it is quite juicy and I got ink on my fingers and unexpected places a couple of times. I found that tapping the stamp against the ink pad a few of times is the best way to ink the stamps. Pressing down hard on the pad (as I first did) squished some ink out of the sides of the foam pad and didn't ink the stamp as well either.
