Like the other reviews, looks like TOM got the "defective" batch. I can't tell for sure if it is the initial batch but I know that I'm not impressed with the face sculpt in person. This is one of the few times that I regret pre-ordering a figure. Sad because Tifa is my fave and I was looking forward to this.
