I was super excited to eat adorable pancakes with this little pan, unfortunately the impression that it leaves is very faint. I tried making both pancakes and an omelet in this pan. I figured maybe the reason the pancakes didn't work out is that they were too fluffy. I made eggs, thinking that would be denser and pick up the impression more. It was somewhat there, but not enough to serve to my friends as they gasp in wonder at my birdy breakfast. The pan is cute and light weight though. It's good for a single serving of something.
