This Megumi prize figure comes in a really nice retail package with a plastic blister and windowed box. She's probably close to a 1/10 scale and is very well painted and nicely sculpted. The only thing I find slightly off is her face, most likely because I think her nose might be a bit too pronounced, meaning it's a bit on the long side so it slightly changes how her face usually looks IMO. Her nose is not a beak per se but it's just off enough that I find it distracting when I look at her in certain angles.
