For such a grand and expensive figure, I expected at the very least that she would come in one piece.
Her leg was literally broken upon arrival. The TOM box was all messed up, but that did not matter that much, but then the figure box itself was also completed dented on the sides. Okay, fine, as long as the figure is okay. But she wasn't.

Also the gold flakes that were on her dress were all over in the package and coming loose like confetti.

However, other than the faults mentioned, she is indeed beautiful. I hope mine was not the norm, and that everyone else receives her as how she is suppoused to be.
