Started my interest in figure collecting late 2022, still going strong
This figure is proof that Vertex only improves on their craft with every release. Camilla is the best release so far, IMO. She's gorgeous, thanks in large part to Mataro, the illustrator, who cannot do wrong. Everything about her is dynamic, and there is no bad angle to view this figure. Her hair, her chest, her cape/scarf, it's all flowing with the wind. I had no trouble with assembly, but that is because I am used to how finnicky these elf figures can be in regards to cast-off options. I can imagine that the sheer amount of parts might intimidate first time buyers, but it's worth it! Her standard edition base is matte black with blue text.
I'll start by saying the composition/design of the figure is incredible. The base is possibly my favorite base ever. The base is not too large but encapsulates so much detail prevalent to Gura's lore in an aesthetic manner. And, the detail put into the base I believe surpasses the quality of detail put into Gura herself, which is the only reason I couldn't rate this figure a full 5 stars.
The paintwork on the finer details of Gura's outfit and accessories are not painted as cleanly as I would like. There are a few instances of sloppy paintwork that is only really obvious on close inspection. I recognize that I may be spoiled by other manufacturers that practic...Read more

I won't waste the reader's time, this figure is THE figure for a Steins Gate fan. Assembly was absurdly simple, box was absurdly smaller than I thought, the details are absurdly the very details I paid for (crazy right?). I have zero real complaints. She is a b**** to handle and to dust with all the loose ends, but with great attention to detail comes great responsibility as a figure collector. Buy her already
I can say this is the most stunning figure I own and will likely ever own! I had to employ a hairdryer AND a craft knife, and the cape pegs still don't fit all the way in. However, I was able to get the cape in enough so that the head has no gap between it and the neck. It should be fine if I don't handle it roughly. The detailing and paint is VERY well done. The composition is absolutely perfect and leaves out nothing that is central to Megumin's character, besides the eyepatch that is included in an exclusive faceplate, I believe.
This Megumin figure was very hard to catch while in stock on TOM. Keep looking for her restock like me, friends! Everyone deserves to se...Read more
C.C. is my first 1/4 scale figure and the first thing that greeted me when I opened her windowless box was her double cheeked up booty. I cannot describe how in awe I was of her size at that moment. Just like characters from the Code Geass anime, her legs go on for miles with this figure. I do not miss the fishnets here, these legs were sculpted to be FREEd. The paint work is without any flaws that are worth mentioning. Her green hair is striking but very pretty, and there is certainly no shortage of it. Some of her hair strands are quite flexible, so take care when pulling her from the blister. C.C.'s bunny suit is nearly consumed by how much skin is on display. No less, the bunny suit...Read more

This is a rare figure where no plastic is wasted. The composition is simply superb. You don't have to like Mai as a character to appreciate how gorgeous this figure is and the aesthetic it captures.
The paintwork? Flawless. I usually worry about clear plastic used with hair , but the blending of Mai's hair is done so well that I couldn't imagine this figure without the clear plastic. The gold trim and gold paint used throughout is not sloppy in the slightest as I might expect it to be with other figures. About the base. I have never been so enamored by a base. The shades of blue used are vibrant and the flowers contrast so incredibly well against the blues and muted ...Read more

Cecil is my first ever scale figure (to arrive), and I can already tell that this quality is going to be very very hard to beat. There are absolutely no flaws about it other than a small slightly bent piece of one of her cast-off-able pieces that I reckon can be fixed easily enough. However, the package came in perfect shape through EMS, from Japan to the US east coast, not a single blemish to be seen on it. Same can be said about the figure box. Perfection.
About her aesthetic... I could not be happier. The sculpt, paint job, and shading of this figure is immaculate. Her skin and pieces of outfit have pleasantly unique textures with the skin being soft to the touch. In fact, the p...Read more
