So I didn't realize Hayase was going to be this big. Has an inch over my other figures. Almost as tall as two soda cans stacked on top of each other. I don't think the size is bad and actually kind of like it. You can switch between Hayase in her wet school uniform or in her swimsuit. To change out her looks, the figure is designed to have it's head come off so you can "unbutton" the shirt and take of the arms that are attached to her shirt and mortise/tenoned into her torso as well as "unbutton" the skirt on the side.
