I've never played Knights of Glory, but the artist being the same as Final Fantasy Tactics caught my eye.
The book is a nice 151 pages, and all of it is art. It's divided into 4 sections - Job (pg3-28), Dragons & Monsters (pg29-90), Weapons & Armor (pg91-134), and Story (135-151). As you can see, character art is not really the focus of this book.
The Job section shows both genders for each class, and puts two classes on each page. They also include tiny chibi/SD art in the corner of the avatar in a standing pose.
