I have purchased a quite a few Lucky Bags, but TOM's are the best in terms of price, packaging, shipping, presentation, and content. I was never dissatisfied with what came in the Lucky Bags I ordered - all of them had exceeded my expectations! Maybe I was 'lucky' most of the time, but an item I had been scoping out a few days prior or has been on my wish list usually showed up in the bag. Coincidence, maybe.
