I haven't watched the anime, so I am going based on only the item itself as a figure.

The packaging on this item was okay, I'd say 3.5/5 with some cardboard to protect it, and the parts are in a bag with separate compartments to keep them apart. The figure requires some minor assembly, and are a no-brainer for any adult collector to assemble without any trouble. He doesn't come with a typical pegged stand that would go under his feet, but a lightly weighted plastic piece that hugs the back of his right foot.
