One of my favorite parts of Japanese food is there obsession with sweet potatoes. When it comes to that flavor, these sweet potato bites are absolutely perfect - they have all of the mouth-watery goodness of a freshly baked sweet potato but without any of the work or wait. As for the texture, they are very much like a cookie as they softly crumble in your mouth with each bite.
