Each of these chewy candies is individually wrapped in an aluminum foil that is decorated with various kawaii figures (there seem to be a lot of them - I didn't see any doubles on my 12 pieces) together with Japanese lettering (which sadly I cannot read). Just looking at the candies themselves, these look a lot like they are mango yogurt that was turned into candy as they are basically all-white with random bits of orange mango in them (and looking at the ingredients list confirms much of this).
