When I ordered these I expected them to be a lot like the Fettuccine Gummy snack but they are actually quite different. Instead of being gummy strips, these are more like candied lemon peels, which means the expected taste and texture are much different. Instead of tasting purely sweet like a lemon flavored candy, these are much more like actual lemons - tart but with a hint of sweetness. With the sugar crystals liberally sprinkled on top of a dehydrated lemon peel you have a taste that makes both the sweet and the sour more sharp than a fresh lemon would be.
