As a hard candy the exterior flavor is very subtle, but the real experience of these candies is when you bite into it. The inside is a slightly powdery substance that produces a huge burst of extremely tart lemon flavor – arguably one of the strongest sour lemon flavor I’ve ever tasted in a candy. However, the gum’s flavor very rapidly decreases with the strongest flavor dissipating after just a few seconds while the gum completely loses all flavor after about 15 minutes.
