I did not care for these. The flavor was basically the same as plain potato chips, although slightly more like a French Fry than a potato chip, and they were particularly greasy to eat (the interior of the bag glistens with grease). The texture was much the same as eating a French Fry except sliced thin and cooked to be crispy instead of chewy. I would liken the experience of eating these to eating the scraps of potato left over in a grease catch. So, if you are obsessed with plain potato chips you might find these appealing, but otherwise there is nothing unique, special, or worthwhile about them.
