This keychain was the bonus mystery item for the November 2016 Dekabox (which I got as a part of the Megabox subscription) and I liked it so much I immediately put it on my otherwise spartan keychain. The size of the coin is a good amount bigger than a real 5 yen coin, which is a bit under 1 inch in diameter while this keychain is listed as 1.3 inches across, and the coin part has a decent weight to it as well - comparable to a larger key.
