The third arm is real!. Once I confirmed that was a COMPLETELY faithfully recreation from the anime. I put it on my birthday wish list to see if someone loved me enough to get me one so I can now display her in both forms. I did see some blemishes on her skin once I took off her clothes but it was just some paint from the clothes. I was able to take it off by gently scraping with my thumbnail. so all in all awesome.
