When you depict cuteness and beauty in a figure you want to do your best to truly depict that. Square Enix's Play Arts Kai series has always been infamous at being very wishy washy with their quality control, sculpts, articulation decision and faces, and they definitely still have room to grow with their Bring Arts Kai series.
Kairi's figure is very fun to play around with and the posing is solid. Her alternate face can be greater but passable. My biggest gripe would be how they decided to do her shoulder joints as it looks like a cheaper figure would have instead of the quality you would expect in a higher end figure.
