Once it arrived the side of the box got punctured. Luckily the item was not damage, but once I toke her out if her box on her dress there is a dirt smudge on it. Also toke a while to put her on her stand since she wouldn't go on and the stand looked like it would break. Kinda happy but also abit sad...
