Well this was first figure that I got that had some major issues,her arm molding was down to far and not up in its proper position to hold her sword,I bought her to place on deluxe base with her sword going down in the base,I absolutely love that placement/pose for her,I try using a blow dryer but the arm just throw everything off her cape couldn’t even go on correctly,TOM did make it right and gave me some choices to choose from, and I chose the TOM points,i really appreciate them doing there best to make it right,just sucks to come across a problem like that:(
