Perfect book for anyone who wants to get better at positions. You get a better understanding of how each body is sitting or standing or whatever position you are drawing.

Great book! I especially like how they focus on a few set positions but at every angle you could want.

This book is really good especially if you're like me and can't figure out how to draw guys in anything more than the standing position. It's thicker than I thought 175 pages. I really like how each position is broken down so you get a better understand of how the body works. The pictures are simple too so this is really a learning book. I cannot read Japanese but as I said, each pose is broken down so you can figure it out. This book is more about how to position the body so if you want faces too you'll need another book. Still fabulous book highly recommend.

Oh my God I love this book. It's basically a picture book of positions even shows what angle it's in. This is perfect for people who just need the visual aid. This is not a how-to book so if you need detailed instructions this isn't the book for you but still get it cause it's great.
