I'm not the one writing the information in the book, but it certainly has all the information Deku would be writing down. Heroes and villains alike are in detail in the book. It also has various pictures and a poster which add beautiful touches to the small book. It also has a wonderful paper smell to go with it, adding to the value. This was a wonderful purchase, and I would highly recommend this to any fan of My Hero Academia.
