I had quite the field day trying to get Okita. When I first received her, there were a lot of scuffs, paint defects, and scratches on her that were very noticeable. I had contacted TOM Support, which did an excellent job and provided my with aide and an offer for a replacement figure. The problem was that their supplier didn't respond back to the TOM Support team member until nearly 2 months after they told me they had contacted their supplier.

In the end I did get the replacement, which can with zero flaws, but that journey of waiting was a bit too long than what I had expected. I'm fairly glad I was out of the country at the time since I was able to kill some time, meet ...Read moreClose
