As others have said, this is perfect to add to the order to get free shipping. You wouldn't want to buy this on its own though because the shipping fee is higher than the item's price :)

It works very well and has a good length so I can reach my back on my own. I mainly use the round wood ball to massage, but the paws are good too since they're hard. I've only used them for a week now but I can feel my body feels lighter when I wake up, and that's after I massage my back before I sleep. It works as a back scratcher too!
