First off, there are no actual "how-to" drawing instructions or examples. This is purely a collection of action poses to be used for reference. That being said, it is an excellent source of female poses for hand to hand combat and also includes a few pages that show poses using weapons such as a gun, a katana, and a knife. All of the poses are shown with the girls in bathing suits as well as in school uniforms. This is an excellent resource for anyone struggling with angles or poses when drawing a "fight" scene.
