5 Stars for not just how kawaii the Alpacasso plushies are but also the service TOM provided. I pre-order these in March and received it in July just as the pre-order stated, so I must say I'm etremely satisfied. I would recommend anyone who like alpacasso plushies buy or pre-order from TOM because they're authentic and they sell out fast :P On top of that they have really good customer service \o/
