There was some kind of paint defect on the scuba tube where the blue paint of the goggles and the yellow paint of the tube blended together a little and made that area green. But it's not very blatant. My brother liked it so I'm happy.
Why is her base twice the size of a regular Nendoroid base?
Her bit is askew and there is a red blot on her obi on the white checker.
She isn't even smiling under the normal faceplate.
Typical Good Smile style. The biggest point is the hair. It's so wonderfully sculpted and shaded, which is why I've always liked nendoroids.
One major downside is her excited pose with the starry eyes. The arms that go with it are not symmetrical/not at the same angle, so it looks like she's jogging.
The only good face plate in my opinion is the angry one, it looks the best and most accurate. The big base (it has no normal sized one that I see) is good for posing Nezuko and Tanjiro on the same base. It's enjoyable, probably better with Nendoroid More faceplates.
I'm so glad that his face looks better than the promo pictures. I ordered this to re sell and to bundle with two other nendoroids for the free shipping because honestly I thought this Nendoroid was ugly. THe only face plate I like is the standard frowning, and they changed it by making the mouth a little smaller, which changed the face a lot to look less derpy.
I just bought this figure cause it looks cute. I have no idea about this character's backstory or role or whatever. Now that I have opened it the pink bow on her panties is pretty distracting and her outfit in general is weird but I LOVE the hair and the face (especially the standard one). The eyes are less bright than in the promo, but they are still beautiful. Maybe I'll find another figure to stick the head on. She looks good in school uniforms, like Nendoroid Madoka Kaname school uniform ver.
Even her torso is very articulated with a ball joint unlike most Nendoroids where you can only twist the torso. I have had no difficulties with posing. One nitpick is that you can't move the legs back. They can only be moved forward from the default position.
his face could have been better, and the hair more chiseled like in the photos... yeah i'll think twice before buying kotobukiya
his face is really bad because his hair covers the scar thing on his nose and makes it look weird. The staff thing (I've never watched the movie lol) tends to slide behind the base if you don't put it in a specific position. time to sell it for a higher price on eBay and get my money back. I don't have anywhere to put him anyway. Also, his base is this really bright transparent yellow hexagon that doesn't match at all. he has a nice bod tho and excellent paintwork
